FinBaze for Platforms

Components

A component is a piece of FinBaze UI that runs in an iframe on FinBaze's origin and talks to your page through the SDK. Views fill their container (a tax calendar, a VAT return). Elements are small inline pieces (a chip, a button) you place next to your own UI.

Lifecycle#

  1. loadFinBaze(publishableKey, { fetchClientSecret }) loads the controller (or <FinBazeProvider> in React).
  2. instance.create("tax-calendar", options) returns a component; component.mount(target) shows it.
  3. The component emits events (ready, navigate, error, plus component events). Handle them with component.on(...) or React props.
  4. instance.update({ appearance, locale }) restyles everything live. instance.logout() drops the token when your user signs out; instance.destroy() removes everything.

By default components navigate inside themselves. Set navigation: "external" and every move is emitted as a navigate event with an intent, so your router can handle it. Return component.navigate(intent) to push a destination into a mounted component.

Locales#

nl-NL, en-NL, en-GB, en-US. Defaults to the company's language; override with locale.
