2026-11-11: tax payment instructions#

• TAXFiling.paymentInstruction (new, nullable TaxPaymentInstruction): how to pay a filing by bank transfer: creditorName, iban, bic, reference (the 16-digit betalingskenmerk), amountMinor (the open amount after matched payments), currency and dueDate (last day of the month after the period). Filled for submitted or accepted Dutch VAT and wage tax filings with an amount due; null otherwise, including refunds. The account details come from FinBaze's configuration, never from input. UK VAT returns null for now (HMRC's bank details are not configured yet; pay those through initiateTaxFilingPayment). The ukSortCode and ukAccountNumber fields are reserved for them.
• initiateTaxFilingPayment(returnTarget: TaxPaymentReturnTarget = web) (new optional argument): embed makes the Belastingdienst Internetkassa page return to the embedded components' popup callback instead of the web app; returnPath is then ignored. Only for Dutch VAT and wage tax filings, and only where the embedded return URL is registered; otherwise the mutation fails with a clear message. Existing calls are unchanged.
